The simple rules that hold the Club together.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Club Doctor Prime platform (“Platform”), operated by Club Doctor Prime (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under U.S. law, and reside in the United States of America.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create an account with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Club Doctor Prime offers dietary supplements formulated on the basis of clinical protocols reviewed by recognized health professionals. The products sold on the Platform are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The products do not replace a balanced diet, individualized medical care, or treatments prescribed by health professionals. Individual results may vary.

Content published on the Platform is informational and educational in nature. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. Before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have preexisting conditions, consult your doctor.

The Platform may suggest Rythm Health as an option for laboratory tests. The contractual relationship for the test is established directly between you and Rythm Health, under Rythm Health's terms. Club Doctor Prime does not perform, process, or interpret tests. Choosing the doctor who analyzes the results is the patient's sole responsibility.

Prices shown on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice, and the applicable price is the one in effect when the order is completed. Payments are processed by authorized gateways. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates based on information from logistics operators. Occasional delays may occur and do not give rise to any extraordinary indemnity, except for applicable legal warranties.

The refund policy is governed by its own document, available at /reembolso. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails for specific matters of return and reimbursement.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code.

Using the Platform to send spam, malware, or illegal or offensive content.

Collecting other users' data without authorization.

Attempting to bypass security or authentication mechanisms.

Using the Platform in a way that could harm its operation, performance, or availability.

All content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, images, design, software, and formulas, belongs to Club Doctor Prime or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights over these assets merely by using the Platform.

If you post reviews, comments, or any other content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content in contexts related to promoting the Services, respecting your moral rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Doctor Prime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability in any dispute related to the Platform is limited to the amount you actually paid to Club Doctor Prime in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the dispute.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Club Doctor Prime, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights through your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect will always be available on the Platform with an update date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without application of conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
