Laboratory test information

If you choose to take tests through the partner platform Rythm Health, the test is contracted, processed, and stored directly by Rythm Health, under its own certifications (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, FDA). Club Doctor Prime does not have direct access to your test results, except when you voluntarily choose to share them with us.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, time spent, traffic source, and cookie identifiers. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and improve the experience.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Operate the platform, process registrations, manage your account, and authenticate your access.

Process orders, ship products, issue invoices, and manage refunds.

Personalize recommendations within the club based on information you provide to us voluntarily.

Communicate order updates, club news, promotional campaigns, and relevant information. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Service providers essential to operating the platform, such as payment processors, shipping services, transactional email tools, analytics platforms, and hosting providers. All of them are contractually required to treat your data confidentially and only for the established purposes.

Rythm Health, only when you choose to contract a test through our referral. In that case, the contractual relationship for the test is established directly between you and Rythm Health, under its privacy policy.

Public authorities, when legally required, in response to court orders, regulatory requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Club Doctor Prime, our users, and the public.

In the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the safeguards of this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, measure platform performance, and personalize content. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but this may affect platform features.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, under the security standards and infrastructure of certified U.S. providers.
